2.3 Prohibited items include but are not limited to: illegal substances, hazardous materials, and items that violate intellectual property rights.
3. Shipping and Delivery
3.1 Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed unless you purchase our guaranteed service.
3.2 You must ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the specified address.
3.3 Additional charges may apply for address corrections, storage, or failed delivery attempts.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Payment is due at the time of booking unless credit terms have been expressly agreed in writing.
4.2 We accept various payment methods including cash, bank transfer, and digital payments.
4.3 Late payments may result in service suspension and incur additional charges.
5. Liability and Claims
5.1 Our liability for lost or damaged items is limited as per our standard terms unless additional insurance is purchased.
5.2 Claims must be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date for lost items).
